Schneider Electric has had its head office in the Trianon site in Rueil-Malmaison, France since 2000. The current headquarters, also located in Rueil Malmaison and known as the Hive, previously housed Schneider subsidiary Télémécanique, while the parent company occupied a site in Boulogne-Billancourt.

Job Specification -

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
• Very good knowledge in designing moulds
• Good knowledge of the machines used to manufacture moulds : wire cutting, spark erosion, conventional machining, surface grinding…
• Knowledge and if possible experience in injection moulding process
• Good theoretical knowledge in plastic material, flow, thermal, moulding parameter optimization
• Good knowledge of maintenance of moulds
• Good knowledge of technical plastics (PA, PC, ABS, PS…)
• Very good level of understanding 2D drawings
• Very good knowledge in GD&T (General Dimension and Tolerances)
• Good knowledge in parts control (metrology) and quality (qualification principles (Cp, Cpk).
• Knowledge in IT (good knowledge of excel)
• Knowledge in 2D CAD software. Knowledge of Pro Engineer is a plus
• Able to calculate cost and ROI
• Skills in material flow simulation is a plus
• Experience in compression molding (thermoset) is a plus
